  • Preparing a list of target companies
  • Identification, cross-checking and discrete approach of 50 to 100 qualified candidates
  • Detailed telephone interviews with the 10 most qualified candidates
  • Written presentation of the three most qualified and suitable, want-away (no limit) candidates within 4-8 weeks of submitting the assignment, on the basis of detailed “confidential reports”. These reports contain our professional and personal evaluation and include the candidates complete application forms
  • Assistance throughout the process until the vacancy is filled
  • If required, we will assist in the handling of contractual terms and conditions
